OUR COMMUNICATIONS
NEWSLETTER
We put out a newsletter weekly in the Summer Terms (Term 1 and 4) and fortnightly in the Winter Terms (Term 2 and 3).
A paper copy is sent home with the oldest child from each family and each family also receives an electronic copy via email.
We encourage you to read the newsletters to be fully informed about upcoming events and to celebrate the learning and achievements of our ākonga.

SKOOL LOOP
We use Skool Loop for notices, reminders and in cases of emergency.
This is also where you can log your child’s absence.
This is a mobile phone app that can be downloaded from the Google Play store or the App Store if on an Apple device.

We have a Public Facebook page that we use to share learning and celebrations.

When you give permission for your child’s photo to be used, you can choose whether or not to include Facebook.

SEESAW
In our two Junior classrooms, we use the Seesaw App to share learning in a closed group. Individual learning stories are shared for students and this is another way your child’s teacher may share information specific to your class.
This is also a mobile app that can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple App Store.
